PCI DSS QUALIFIED SECURITY ASSESSOR  (QSA)

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing PCI-DSS assessments and hands-on PCI-DSS consulting activities.
• Conducting PCI-DSS gap analyses and assessments.
• Creating professional reports for our clients that detail your assessment findings.
• Consulting with clients to help them understand our findings and their remediation options.
•  Speak at industry events and leading webinars.
• Providing senior-level advisory for large security and architecture engagements.
•  Assist sales team with pre-sales activities to include sow and proposal creation, needs analysis, and solution design.
• Write reports, summaries, and executive briefs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Mandatory:
• Minimum of four years in the information security field
• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM Certifications or similar
• PCI QSA certification (Active or expired)
• Experience completing a minimum of two PCI-DSS Reports on Compliance (ROCs)
• Prior experience working with large enterprise customers

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ISR)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The primary responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative are cold calling, lead generation and business development.
• Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services.
• Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow existing accounts.
• Build referral and lead generation network.
• Responding to and processing incoming calls and orders.
• Lead generation, networking and setting up appointments with Account Executives.

WORK HOURS:

• Since you will be covering BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario, the work day begins between 7am to 9am (PST) and finishes between 3pm and 5pm (PST). This will vary depending on which regional locations you will be calling that day.


SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve and exceed personal gross profit sales targets/quotas.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
• Prospect, qualify, close and manage the sales of IPS’ IT services and solutions.
• Coordinate and engage the necessary resources - sales, operations, finance and marketing teams and vendor resources- to achieve success.

NOC/SOC ANALYST

Must Have:
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Available for shift work and on-call rotation
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience with ticketing software and monitoring systems
• Ability to prioritize, escalate and communicate planned and unplanned events
• Familiar with security vulnerabilities terms and concepts
• Ability to interpret and summarize technical issues into written communications that are easy to understand
• Ability to perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting
• Knowledge and support experience with Windows 7

Should Have:
• Minimum 3 years IT support experience
• Minimum 2 years helpdesk or call center experience
• Intermediate competency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook office applications
• Internetworking knowledge such as TCP/IP, segmentation, routing and switching
• Experience in preparing and updating technical documentation such as How-To guides
• Basic to intermediate understanding of network infrastructure and design
• Experience with monitoring and reporting software
• Basic understanding of network security technologies

Nice to Have:
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience
• Recognized industry certifications such as MS CCNA, CompTIA Security+ and MCITP
• Experience with Check Point firewall and IPS/IPS applications
• Riverbed Steelhead, Aventail VPN and Blue Coat Proxy appliances knowledge and experience
