Our Technical Project Management team is a critical asset of IPS, since we are often involved with large, complex, network infrastructure and security projects that may span resources, geographic sites, and expertise. This is one of the key differentiators and benefits of engaging in a project with IPS. This arrangement has proven invaluable throughout the many years of complex projects that IPS has successfully completed. Each of our Project Managers is senior in their own right; possessing training and certifications from respected industry organizations such as PMI and PMP. More importantly, each IPS Project Manager has a technical pedigree, as each have at least three years of direct technical project management in the networking and security field. This team is dedicated to coordinating all communications, determining schedules, assigning and providing updates, and ensuring accurate time, cost, and resourcing budgeting. The IPS Project Manager often works with the client’s counterpart or in the case where the customer does not have a Project Manager, the key stakeholder. In addition, the Project Manager maintains the primary point of contact working with the IPS Account Executive, the client representative, and the technical teams from both IPS and the client to ensure all deliverables are met to the customer’s satisfaction. During the initial discussions of any work that IPS is engaged to perform with its clients, the project management work scales according to the customer's needs and the scope of the project. In addition, any individual within the Project Management team may be engaged directly as a single resource to assist with your organizations’ internal projects. IPS Project Managers have been deployed for long periods of time with very successful results and excellent references. |
