IPS is managed by the founders of Integrity Solutions Inc. and Paahi Networks Inc., who have brought together their years of experience in networking infrastructure and computer security.  The combination of their varied backgrounds offers customers a management team with a broad base of knowledge.  Using their expertise in technology and skills in asset allocation, they develop comprehensive and secure IT solutions.

Karim Ladha, President & Chief Executive Officer

Karim Ladha brings over twenty years of technical and business experience to his senior management role. Working closely with staff to ensure high levels of motivation and clarity of focus on the company's strategic objectives, Karim is very committed to seeking new opportunities and markets for IPS' service and product offerings.  Rather than riding on his laurels of name recognition and reputation, day-to-day he is in the trenches, working with both sales and engineering to make technology work for us, instead of the opposite.  

Before co-founding Integrity Solutions, Karim has held senior positions at various system integrators in Western Canada.

Santosh Nair, Chief Technology Officer

As part of the senior management team, Santosh works closely with customers assessing their network and security requirements and implementations of security platforms.  His experience allows him to quickly and accurately assess clients’ technological situations, and to provide guidance through customized IT roadmaps. Santosh is constantly evaluating new technologies, working with the partners and responsible for development of IPS' Managed Services platform and IPS NetManager product.

Before co-founding Paahi Networks, Santosh was a member of the Network Architecture team at 360networks, responsible for designing and implementing a wide range of security and networking products for their global network. Previously he has held the position of Solutions Architect at Telus and IBM. With close to twenty years of experience in the IT services industry. Santosh has also held senior positions at other large service providers. He has had wide exposure to the Middle-Eastern markets having worked for a leading service provider in Kuwait and was a co-founder of a services company focused on infrastructure services market in India.

Santosh is an Engineering graduate and currently holds various industry certifications.

Christopher Law, VP Operations & General Manager

Christopher Law is an experienced IT leader and manager. He has served in various technical leadership positions at various public and private institutions in BC. Christopher has participated in IT management at many entrepreneurial start-ups for various software development companies previously and has held senior positions with service providers and BCNET. Chris has also assisted in the design of many campus infrastructures as well as been involved in many of Vancouver’s datacentre designs at the local hospitals and universities.

Christopher holds a B.Sc. (Computer Science) from the University of British Columbia.
