Each member of IPS not only brings years of experience in previous consulting organizations and large enterprises, but also possesses a consultative, professional nature to ensure customer value. Quality of Resources The IPS staff consists of handpicked individuals that have at least 10 years of experience each, with a mix of formal and technical training alongside proven experience. In addition with the vendor certifications, each resource is cross-trained with others in the group and jointly hold several industry certifications. Service Engagement The engagement process can be as easy as a simple call or as complex as multi-tiered engagement with project managers, staff augmentation, group training, and acceptance testing. IPS resources are available for short-term tactical troubleshooting, longer term projects, or full on-site staff augmentation. Project Management Due to the very nature of the disparate systems that may result from an organization expanding, and ever-changing challenges, there is a need for effective collaborative tools. Management must ensure a cohesive and unified IT architecture. Quite often, there is the requirement of tactical resource management, and efficient communication between IT teams and business stakeholders, to ensure brand awareness to critical system functionality. Implementing secure network infrastructures is not enough, one must integrate effective project management to ensure proper sustainment of business solutions and overall customer acceptance. Due to the size and complexity of many of the projects undertaken, IPS has a team of dedicated project managers and trainers to oversee the implementations and work with technical teams, user groups, and business stakeholders. Each IPS project manager has formal training with both ITIL and PMP practices, but more importantly business analytics. All currently have experienced working for large IT firms or telecommunication companies before joining IPS, ensuring that they are at a technical advantage. Furthermore, as an added value, IPS has its own in-house development group that specializes on assisting customers in developing the "glue" between systems and assisting with understanding the applications' interaction with the network infrastructure and managing the security.
